Musings on writing

After many days of the restlessness that unanswered questions and uncertainties bring, today was different.
Along with the nip in the air, there was a stillness. A calmness.
A reminder that the external is beyond our control, that the answers will come only if when (and if) we are ready for them.
As we struggle with them, the internal patiently awaits for us to return to it.
I know not if anyone will read the book I have finally completed writing.
That is external.
But writing, that is internal.
So, not dwelling on the external, I return to the internal. To writing.
